• Swap it. Wrong size or changed your mind? Exchange for another size, colour or item within 14 days. Pay only the difference if it costs more. Sold out in your size? Get a refund or a gift card, your choice.
• Or send it back. Unused, unwashed and in the original packaging, within 14 days. Refunded within 14 business days once it's back with us.
• In Cyprus exchanges and returns are free via Box Now.
• Outside Cyprus you send it back with tracking, and we send your new item for free.
• Sale items can be swapped for another size, but not refunded. Gift cards and custom pieces are final.
• Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 7 days with photos and we fix it for free.
