Shipping Policy

We ship to all of Cyprus, European countries, and internationally. Please note, all orders require 1-3 days for processing before shipping. For made-to-order products (such as pillowcases and hats), processing time may take 1-2 weeks.

When Delivery Time Starts
The estimated delivery window for each shipping method begins from the day your order is handed over to the courier (for example, the day it is dropped off at a Box Now locker or handed to ACS for dispatch) — not from the day the order is placed. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the delivery time stated below. This applies to all our shipping methods, including Box Now, ACS, and Cyprus Post.

Pre Order Items
Each pre order item has its own estimated delivery time, which can be found in the product description. Please check the product page before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products (Pillows, Pillowcases & Hats)
Please note that pillowcases and hats are made to order. These items will require 1-2 weeks for processing before they are shipped. These items are shipped separately by our print partner and have their own shipping rate, shown at checkout. Made-to-order items are not included in our free shipping offers.

Shipping within Cyprus
We deliver to all areas of Cyprus.

Delivered to your nearest ACS location: €4.50
Your order will be delivered to your nearest ACS location within 3-5 business days for pick-up, counted from the day it is handed to ACS for dispatch. You will receive an email notification when your package is ready.

Delivered to your nearest Box Now locker: €3.00
Your order will be delivered to your selected Box Now locker within 3-5 business days, counted from the day it is dropped off at Box Now.

Free Shipping to your nearest Box Now locker: orders over €65

Shipping to Greece
Delivered to your nearest Box Now locker: €7.50
Orders are delivered via Box Now within 5-7 business days, tracking included, counted from the day it is dropped off at Box Now.

Free Shipping to your nearest Box Now locker: orders over €100

Shipping to European Union (EU) Countries
We use Cyprus Post for shipping to European Union countries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days of dispatch, tracking included.

Standard Post Delivery: €11.90
Free Shipping: orders over €150

Please be aware that customs processing may affect delivery times.

Shipping to International (Non-EU) Countries
For international orders outside the European Union, we also use Cyprus Post. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, and customs processing times may impact delivery.

Standard Delivery: €18.00

Important: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied upon arrival in their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
