Shipping Policy

We ship to most locations, including within Cyprus, European countries, and internationally. Please note, all orders require 1-3 days for processing before shipping. For made-to-order products (such as pillowcases and hats), processing time may take 1-2 weeks.

Pre Order Items

Each pre order item has its own estimated delivery time, which can be found in the product description. Please check the product page before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products (Pillows, Pillowcases & Hats)

Please note that pillowcases and hats are made to order. These items will require 1-2 weeks for processing before they are shipped.

Shipping within Cyprus

Delivered to your nearest ACS location:

Your order will be delivered to your nearest ACS location within 2-3 business days for pick-up. You will receive an email notification when your package is ready.

Delivered to your home:

€6.00
For home delivery within Cyprus, the shipping cost is €6.00.

Shipping to Greece & European Countries

We use Cyprus Post Office for shipping to European Union countries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Standard Delivery (e.g., Greece, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, and more):

€7.00

Please be aware that customs processing may affect delivery times.

Shipping to International (Non-EU) Countries

For international orders outside the European Union, we also use Cyprus Post Office. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, and customs processing times may impact delivery.

Standard Delivery (e.g., Algeria, Angola, Ascension Island, and 200 more countries):

Important: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied upon arrival in their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
