Thank you for shopping with Brunching Collection! We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If you want to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@brunchingcollection.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: We’ll review your return request and provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that some products may not be eligible for return (such as items marked as “Sale” or “Last Pieces”).

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Any items returned with visible wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted.

Tracked Shipping Required: All return shipments must include a tracking number. Once your return has been sent, please email us the tracking details so we can monitor the return and ensure proper processing. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not arrive and are not tracked.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition or that are returned outside the return window.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Opened or used products (unless defective)


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at sales@brunchingcollection.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Photos of the damaged or defective item
• Your order number

We will offer a full refund or replacement, including covering the cost of return shipping for the defective product.


6. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  2. Receive Return Authorisation: We’ll send you detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Once authorised, pack your item securely and ship it back to us at the address we provide. Be sure to send it with a tracking number and share the tracking details with us by email.

  4. Wait for Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund and notify you by email.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
