Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Return and Refund Overview

  • Returns: Unused and unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Email sales@brunchingcollection.com with your order number and reason to start your return.

  • Free returns within Cyprus: Once you email us, we’ll create a Box Now return shipment with a tracking number for you, free of charge. Just drop your parcel at your nearest Box Now locker.

  • Returns from outside Cyprus: Return shipping is paid by the customer and must include a tracking number. Returns due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item) are always free, anywhere.

  • Non-returnable: Sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces.

  • Refunds: Processed within 14 business days once we receive and inspect the item. Refunds cover the product price only, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: Not available. Please return your item and place a new order.

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll refund or replace it, including return shipping.

What happens next:

  1. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions. If you’re in Cyprus, we’ll create your free Box Now return with a tracking number, then just drop the parcel at your nearest locker.
  2. If you’re returning from outside Cyprus, we’ll send you the return address. Please ship with a tracked service and reply to us with your tracking number.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
