Returns & Exchanges

Wrong size? Changed your mind? No stress. You have 14 days from receiving your order to swap it or send it back.

Swap it (exchange)
• Exchange for another size, colour or any other item.
• If the new item costs more, you just pay the difference.
• If your new size is sold out, we refund you or send you a BRUNCHING gift card for the amount, your choice. Gift cards arrive by email and never expire.

Send it back (return)
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days once the item is back with us and checked.
• Prefer a gift card instead of a refund? Just ask.
• Original shipping fees are not refunded.

Shipping for exchanges and returns
• In Cyprus: free. We create a Box Now shipment for you, just drop the parcel at your nearest locker.
• Outside Cyprus: you send the item back with a tracked service. For exchanges, we send your new item to you for free.
• Our mistake (damaged or wrong item): always free, anywhere. Tell us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Good to know
• Sale items can be swapped for a different size, but not refunded.
• Gift cards and custom pieces are final.

What happens next
1. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with your instructions. In Cyprus, we create your free Box Now shipment.
2. Outside Cyprus, we send you our address. Ship it with tracking and reply with your tracking number.
3. Once your item is back with us, we send your new item, your gift card or your refund.
