Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Return and Refund Overview
- Returns: Unused and unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Email sales@brunchingcollection.com with your order number and reason. Return must include a tracking number.
- Return cost: Free within Cyprus via Box Now; covered by the customer elsewhere, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item).
- Non-returnable: Sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces.
- Refunds: Processed within 14 business days once we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Exchanges: Not available. Please return your item and place a new order.
- Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll refund or replace it, including return shipping.
