• Free Shipping only for Greece Over €100

International (Non-EU):
• Standard Delivery: €18.00 (7–14 business days)
• Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country

Made-to-Order Items:
Some items (like berets and pillowcases) are made to order and require 1–2 weeks before they’re shipped

We want you to love your order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Return and Refund Overview

• Returns: Unused and unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email sales@brunchingcollection.com with your order number and reason. Return must include a tracking number.

• Return cost: Covered by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item).

• Non-returnable: Sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces.

• Refunds: Processed within 5 to 7 business days once we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are not refundable.

• Exchanges: Not available. Please return your item and place a new order.

• Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll refund or replace it, including return shipping.
